Pizza crust recipe for anyone whose ever wanted to recreate pizzeria-style crust at home.

Pizza Hut Style Crust Ingredients

4 ½ cups flour
1 ½ cup water
2 tsp dry active yeast
3 tbs powdered milk
1 tsp salt
1 tbs sugar
2 tbs vegetable or olive oil

Pizza Hut Style Crust Directions

In a mixing bowl, stir together water, yeast and powdered milk. Stir until yeast dissolves completely.
In another bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar.
Add the flour mixture to the yeast and water, in a stand mixer with dough hook.
Mix on a low setting until the flour and water are mixed. Knead for another 10 minutes.
Add the vegetable oil while kneading. Dough is ready when it's moist and smooth.
Spread dough on a pizza pan, and refrigerate for 4 hours before making pizza.

When making pizza, preheat oven to 500F.
Spread sauce and toppings on the pizza crust, then bake for about 15 minutes.
